Concerning the projection system specifications, both projectors have a brightness of 3,300 ANSI whereas the ViewSonic PJD5155 has a higher contrast of 20,000:1, the ViewSonic PJD6551W having only 22,000:1. The ViewSonic PJD5155 projector has a better resolution of 800x600 with a throw of 1.2 - 11.3 , while the ViewSonic PJD6551W has only 1280x800 with a throw of 1.1 - 10.0 .
